Wendy has been introducing herself to strangers from the minute she started talking and she’ll likely never stop. After 4 years of going through the motions in jobs that weren’t fulfilling, she followed her curiosity, and passion for people, to the line of work that plays to her greatest strengths: recruiting. Since then, she’s never looked back.
With empathy, hard work, and deep fascination, she finds great joy in connecting clients (on both sides of the fence) with exactly the person, team, or role they’re looking for. Her knack for uncovering hidden gaps and opportunities, paired with her ability to fill them with surprising solutions, has served companies like Nike and Tesla, among others, while her astute guidance has led countless talented folks straight to their dream jobs. She has worked in-house and in talent agencies as a recruiter, career consultant, HR manager, and talent acquisition director, and she brings this experience, along with her vast network and unwavering dedication, to every sourcing, consulting, and team leadership endeavor.
